Check-in was frustrating due to the receptionist's abruptness and lack of information. The pool area, while nice, suffered from poor management with unregulated crowd behavior and reserved sunbeds left empty for hours. Our room overlooked rubbish bins and far from the relaxing atmosphere we expected.

Just an excellent fit for a rapid stop in Santa Susanna with exceptional value. Managed to enjoy some good cocktails by the pool, but securing a sunbed was a challenge. Arrive early if you want to catch the sun!

Had an awesome time enjoying the cozy lounge room that overlooked the main street while sipping drinks. The pool area was super inviting, and I loved the relaxing jacuzzi under the stars. Just wish there were a few more sunbeds available for everyone. 😊
